Return policy

Specialty Woodworks accepts returns of defective merchandise when you request authorization for the return within 15 days of your purchase date.

If you need to return a defective product to us, you may do so by contacting us via e-mail. Please tell us the nature of the defect.

All returns are subject to the following:

	All products must be returned complete and in the original packaging.
	Shipping charges are non refundable.
	Custom orders are considered final sales and may not be returned.
	You will be charged a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns.
